What information should I provide in an initial enquiry?
A short description of the problem, the decision or outcome the work must support, available data or documents, expected timing and any formal scope or RFQ is enough to start.
Do I need to know exactly which analytical method is required?
No. We prefer to understand the decision problem first and then recommend fit-for-purpose methods rather than forcing the assignment into a predetermined technique.
Can F & P support a tender or consortium bid?
Yes. Where there is a genuine technical fit, F & P can contribute senior statistical, MEL, research, business-intelligence or mathematical-modelling expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
How do you handle confidential data?
Confidentiality, controlled access, responsible analysis and appropriate data-handling arrangements are incorporated into project scoping. Assignment-specific requirements can be formalised contractually.
Can you work with academic or independent researchers?
Yes. Support can include research design, sampling, statistical analysis, modelling, qualitative analysis and interpretation. Academic integrity and authorship requirements remain the responsibility of the researcher and institution.
How are timelines and fees determined?
They depend on scope, data readiness, methodological complexity, deliverables, review cycles and urgency. A tailored technical and commercial proposal is prepared after scoping.
